About the role#
As an MBA Summer Associate, you will work directly with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives that shape the future of the business. This role focuses on solving complex operational challenges, developing strategic recommendations through rigorous analysis, and driving initiatives from concept through execution. You will gain exposure to executive leadership while contributing to core business processes.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and lead operational improvement initiatives.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives by tracking milestones, managing risks, and coordinating across functional teams.
- Analyze complex data sets to produce executive-ready insights, presentations, and recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into business performance.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and work cross-functionally with leaders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and HR.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time MBA program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Experience or a strong interest in designing and prototyping AI-driven workflows.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear narratives.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and build relationships across multiple teams.
- Preferred backgrounds include experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations, as well as proficiency in tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship taking place in Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Dallas, Texas, five days per week.
