About the role#
As an MBA Summer Associate for Strategy & Operations, you will work directly with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives. This role focuses on solving complex operational challenges, developing strategic recommendations through rigorous analysis, and driving initiatives from concept to execution. You will gain exposure to executive leadership while taking ownership of projects that impact core business processes.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and lead operational improvement initiatives.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives by tracking milestones, managing risks, and coordinating across functional teams.
- Analyze complex data sets to produce executive-ready insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to increase visibility into business performance.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and work cross-functionally with teams in Finance, Operations, Technology, and HR.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time MBA program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Experience or a strong interest in designing and prototyping AI-driven workflows.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear presentations.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and build relationships across teams.
- Preferred skills include experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations, as well as proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship taking place in Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Dallas, Texas, five days per week.
