About the role#
This summer internship offers a chance to work with the global product stewardship team to digitize and automate business processes. You will help ensure our products meet safety and regulatory standards while supporting business growth. The role lasts approximately three months and involves working with limited supervision on projects that improve how we handle regulatory data and records.
What you'll do#
- Lead projects to digitize, automate, and streamline product stewardship business processes.
- Map processes and develop system enhancements to support new IT systems integration.
- Build and improve informational dashboards and documentation management using Power BI.
- Enhance data governance by migrating regulatory documents with metadata tags to improve searchability.
- Create workflows using Power Platform to automate tasks currently handled through email.
- Engage virtually with the global product stewardship team and interact with other internal departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in computer science, mathematics, chemical engineering, or a related science or engineering field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills.
- A self-driven approach, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks between May and August 2027.
