About the role#
As a Procurement Intern, you will join our Early Talent Program for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time position based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will work alongside experienced procurement professionals, gain exposure to our supply chain network, and contribute to meaningful projects that support our team goals. This role provides an opportunity to apply classroom theory to practical work while developing your technical and analytical skills.
What you'll do#
- Analyze spending across multiple categories to support supplier rationalization.
- Facilitate Requests for Proposals.
- Optimize categories for new brands or partner agreements.
- Support process improvement activities for procurement standard practices.
- Build an understanding of our business structure, operations, and product offerings.
- Gain exposure to domestic and international aspects of our supply chain.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Procurement, Business, or an equivalent field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well within teams and solve problems effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations.
- Previous experience in an operations internship is preferred.
