About the role#
The Field Operations Internship is a full-time, 11-week program running from May 17 to July 30, 2027. You will work alongside field leaders and frontline employees to gain practical experience in our daily operations. The role focuses on understanding business performance and operational processes within functions like sales, manufacturing, distribution, and customer operations. You will also complete a project addressing a real business challenge and present your findings to the executive leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations in areas such as sales, merchandising, or business development.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with projects aimed at increasing efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to see how different parts of the business connect.
- Participate in field visits, facility operations, and customer meetings.
- Develop and present practical recommendations based on your project work.
- Engage in professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company policy guidelines.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- A self-starter mindset with a drive for results and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus.
