About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship within the Molson Coors field sales organization. You will join the Early Talent Program, which provides exposure to the beverage industry through real-world problem solving and collaboration with various teams. Interns who complete the program are considered for full-time positions upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience by working with our field sales organization and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Complete a project focused on a sales business need and present your findings to senior sales leadership.
- Participate in key sales activities within your assigned team and location.
- Develop a practical understanding of the beer industry.
What you'll need#
- You are entering your Senior year of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- You must be 21 years of age or older by the start of the internship.
- You have access to a vehicle to travel to accounts and engage with customers.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a drive to take action.
- You are a team player who is willing to work occasional non-traditional hours, such as evening or weekend events.
