About the role#
As a Category Management Intern, you will join our Early Talent Program. This summer internship offers exposure to the beverage industry through real-world problem-solving and collaboration with various teams. You will work on a core business project and present your findings to senior sales leadership. Successful completion of the program may lead to consideration for full-time positions upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gain experience in category management.
- Use Circana and Nielsen data to identify growth drivers.
- Develop and communicate category insights regarding consumer trends, product assortment, and merchandising.
- Assist in leading shopper research and turn insights into planning tools and customer presentations.
- Create selling stories for the sales organization.
- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc data analysis.
- Assist with the development of assortment, planograms, and space planning recommendations.
- Prepare planogram outputs for store level execution and present corporate space initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Must be at least 21 years old by the start of the internship.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience with Tableau, Python, or SQL is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear stories.
- A high-energy approach and a drive for action.

- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 25 - August 6).
- Modality: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office).
- Status: Full-time and paid internship.
