About the role#
As a Brewery Operations Intern in Technical Services, you will join our Early Talent Program. This full-time summer internship focuses on supporting brewery goals through project work. You will gain a fundamental understanding of brewery operations and learn how to manage technical projects from start to finish. This role is based on-site in Trenton, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Design, plan, organize, schedule, and lead diverse projects.
- Apply project management principles and your technical expertise to meet business objectives.
- Develop project justifications, known as CBIs.
- Implement small plant projects, whether system, capital, or process-based.
- Execute environmental optimization initiatives and ensure compliance.
- Support the team by addressing high-level technical issues within the brewery.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, packaging, or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly.
- A collaborative mindset to build strong relationships.
- A sense of accountability for your results and commitments.
- A strong thirst for learning.
