About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship within the Molson Coors Early Talent Program. You will work on-site at our brewery in Albany, Georgia, gaining experience in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operational improvements and project management within the Technical Services department.
What you'll do#
- Design, plan, organize, and lead various technical projects.
- Apply project management principles to ensure projects meet business goals.
- Develop project justifications and manage small plant projects from start to finish.
- Support the resolution of high-level technical issues within the brewery.
- Work on environmental optimization initiatives and ensure compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in mechanical, electrical, industrial, packaging, or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly.
- Strong collaboration skills to build relationships across teams.
- A sense of accountability for your results and commitments.
- A desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing setting.
