About the role#
As a Brewery Operations Intern in the Packaging department, you will join our Early Talent Program. This full-time summer internship offers exposure to the beverage industry through real-world problem solving and hands-on manufacturing experience. You will work on-site to help our brewery meet its goals by managing diverse projects related to systems, processes, and capital improvements.
What you'll do#
- Design, plan, organize, schedule, and lead projects.
- Apply project management principles and technical expertise to meet business objectives.
- Support high-level technical issues within the brewery.
- Improve process reliability by reducing line stops.
- Enhance waste performance through loss reduction.
- Execute asset care and quality improvement projects with a specific focus on hygiene.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for mechanical, electrical, industrial, packaging, or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly.
- Strong collaboration skills to build relationships and achieve outcomes.
