About the role#
As a Brewery Operations Intern in the Packaging department, you will join the Early Talent Program at Molson Coors. This is a full-time summer internship focused on real-world problem solving within a manufacturing environment. You will gain a fundamental understanding of brewery operations and learn how to execute projects from start to finish.
What you'll do#
- Design, plan, organize, schedule, and lead diverse projects related to systems, processes, or capital improvements.
- Apply project management principles and technical expertise to meet business objectives.
- Improve process reliability by reducing line stops.
- Enhance waste performance through loss reduction initiatives.
- Support asset care and quality improvement projects with a focus on hygiene.
- Provide technical support for high-level issues within the brewery.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program.
- Pursuing a degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, packaging, or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to complete complex projects quickly.
- Skill in building relationships and collaborating with others.
- A sense of accountability for results and a commitment to integrity.
- A strong desire to learn and grow.
