About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship position within our Early Talent Program. You will work on-site at our brewery in Trenton, Ohio, gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operational improvement and project management within the packaging department.
What you'll do#
- Design, plan, organize, schedule, and lead diverse projects.
- Apply project management principles and technical expertise to meet business objectives.
- Act as a resource to support high-level technical issues in the brewery.
- Improve process reliability and line efficiency by reducing stops.
- Work on waste performance through loss reduction.
- Focus on asset care and quality improvement projects, specifically regarding hygiene.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in mechanical, electrical, industrial, packaging, or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to complete complex projects quickly.
- Strong collaboration skills to build relationships and achieve outcomes.
- A sense of accountability for your results and commitments.
- A desire to learn and grow.
