About the role#
This Reliability Engineering internship is a full-time position based in Andover, Massachusetts. You will join the Power Solutions team to support RF product engineers and assist senior staff with product reliability. The role involves hands-on work with power supplies and matching networks used in semiconductor and solar manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Provide technician-level support to RF product engineers.
- Assist Reliability Engineers with existing product support and design improvements.
- Perform failure analysis on components and PCB subassemblies.
- Characterize components for electrical performance and analyze design parameters.
- Research new technologies and solve reliability problems.
- Design and construct fixtures for reliability testing.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Working knowledge of electronics, semiconductor devices, and analog or digital circuits.
- Experience reading circuit schematics and datasheets.
- Hands-on experience with circuit boards and soldering techniques.
- Familiarity with lab instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and network analyzers.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Status as a US Person.

- Compensation: Paid position ($25.00 to $28.00 per hour).
- Benefits: Includes 11 paid holidays, sick time, and 15 days of accrued vacation for those working at least 20 hours per week.
