About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Talent Acquisition Co-Op position based in our Boston office. You will join our global Talent Acquisition team to support AMER hiring efforts. This role is specifically for Northeastern University students eligible for co-op credit during the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Manage interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Support the full recruitment cycle for future co-op cohorts, handling the applicant funnel from initial screening to final offer.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during onsite interview days, including greeting guests and managing logistics.
- Assist the team with projects related to process improvement, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
- Work alongside recruiters to keep candidate data and pipeline reports accurate within our applicant tracking system.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at Northeastern University with eligibility for co-op credit.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying blockers.
- A genuine interest in the fields of talent acquisition and people operations.
