About the role#
The Ecosystem Marketing team at Mirakl supports Mirakl Connect by turning customers into advocates. This team provides Sales and Marketing with the proof points, case studies, and assets needed to win new business. You will work closely with internal teams to drive customer engagement and advocacy.
What you'll do#
- Create customer case studies and extract proof points from existing content.
- Manage the customer quote bank and slide library, ensuring regional logo slides remain accurate.
- Own the Ask Connect Marketing AI engine, including content updates and feature rollouts.
- Run G2 review campaigns by building segments and coordinating email sends.
- Write copy for customer announcements across email, LinkedIn, and paid social channels.
- Support community events and roundtables by building HubSpot landing pages and managing Zoom logistics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at Northeastern University as a co-op student eligible for credit.
- Pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt your tone for different formats.
- Experience with or interest in HubSpot, Zoom webinars, and Dust.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in building polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Curiosity about AI tools and an interest in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, and marketplaces.
