About the role#
The Ecosystem Marketing team helps turn customers into advocates across AMER and EMEA. We provide Sales and Marketing with the customer proof points, such as case studies and slides, needed to win new business. This co-op position is designed for a student looking to gain experience in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, and marketplaces. You will work closely with our broader Marketing and Sales teams to drive customer engagement.
What you'll do#
- Create customer case studies and extract proof points from existing content.
- Manage the customer quote bank and slide library, including building new slides and updating existing ones.
- Maintain regional logo slide libraries to reflect current customer status.
- Own the Ask Connect Marketing AI engine by adding content and rolling out improvements.
- Run G2 review campaigns by building contact segments and coordinating with the Demand team to send request emails.
- Write copy for customer announcements across LinkedIn, email, and paid social.
- Support community events and roundtables by building HubSpot landing pages and managing Zoom logistics.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- You must be an enrolled Northeastern University student eligible for co-op credit.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt your tone for various formats.
- Attention to detail and the ability to keep content libraries organized.
- Experience or comfort with design, specifically building polished slides in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Ability to work independently and manage requests from multiple stakeholders.
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they improve team efficiency.
- Experience with HubSpot, Zoom webinars, or Dust is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time co-op position based on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.
- The term is for Winter 2027.
