About the role#
As a Growth Intern, you will work directly with our founding team to help Soren grow. This is a cross-functional role where you will support sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. You will gain hands-on experience building systems for an early-stage startup and see the direct impact of your work.
What you'll do#
- Support outbound sales and business development initiatives.
- Research prospective customers and conduct outreach.
- Assist with customer meetings, product demos, and follow-up communications.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, workshops, and customer engagements.
- Create marketing content, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Conduct market research and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Improve CRM organization, sales operations, and internal growth processes.
- Analyze customer feedback, pipeline activity, and growth metrics to find opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the founding team on new growth experiments and go-to-market initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Experience through internships, student organizations, research, entrepreneurial projects, or extracurricular leadership.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to build relationships.
- Curiosity about startups, AI, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Ability to learn quickly and solve open-ended problems.
- High level of organization and the ability to balance multiple projects.
- A focus on understanding customers and creating business value.

- Location: San Francisco, California.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $6,000 - $11,000 per month.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship with rolling start dates.
