About the role#
As an intern on the IP Development team, you will support the design of DRAM IP blocks for next-generation memory products. You will work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in circuit design, simulation, and verification. This role focuses on delivering high-quality IP solutions for AI, mobile, and data center applications.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design, development, simulation, and optimization of analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed interface circuits.
- Run circuit simulations using SPICE, Verilog, and mixed-signal environments while analyzing performance across various voltage, process, and temperature conditions.
- Support schematic development, design reviews, layout review, parasitic extraction, and post-layout verification.
- Collaborate with verification, layout, and product engineering teams to reach project goals.
- Write automation scripts and develop Agentic AI workflows to improve design methodology and simulation efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Completed coursework or academic projects in CMOS analog or digital circuits, semiconductor devices, or signal integrity.
- Basic programming skills in Python, Perl, TCL, MATLAB, or similar scripting languages.
- Ability to solve technical problems, summarize results, and present findings to engineering partners.
