    About the role#

    The Construction Management Intern role supports our Project Management and Preconstruction teams. You will gain hands-on industry experience while working on electrical and specialty systems projects. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with planning, organizing, and staffing construction projects.
    • Visit jobsites to interact with crews, foremen, customers, and general contractors.
    • Review outgoing estimates with the Estimating Department.
    • Contact vendors to source materials for projects.
    • Attend weekly and monthly meetings.
    • Process miscellaneous paperwork.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an accredited institution pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.
    • Proficiency with a PC and the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred.
    • Ability to travel 15-20% of the time.
    • Availability to work Monday through Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM.

    Location & details#

    • This position is based on-site in Arizona, with locations in Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Goodyear, Peoria, and Chandler.
    • Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug test.
