About the role#
As a Process Integration intern, you will help develop next-generation DRAM technologies. You will work alongside teams in process, materials, device, and design engineering. This role involves coordinating development activities, defining technical requirements, and resolving integration challenges to support technology development programs.
What you'll do#
- Define technology landmarks, design rules, structural and electrical specifications, and integration requirements for DRAM products.
- Work with multi-functional teams including simulation, process development, circuit design, and quality engineering.
- Lead module-related integration activities, identify technical risks, and develop test plans.
- Communicate progress, issues, and recommendations to your collaborators.
- Investigate and evaluate alternative architectures, process enablers, and scaling solutions.
- Use AI-assisted tools and data-driven methods to improve engineering productivity and decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master of Science program for Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of DRAM process integration, device physics, semiconductor scaling, and memory technologies.
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and interpreting complex engineering data.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges in an R&D environment.
- Experience using AI tools to support technical problem-solving, research, or engineering workflows.
