About the role#
As an intern on the DRAM IP Development team, you will work with experienced engineers to develop and validate digital IP circuits for future memory products. This role offers hands-on experience with RTL-to-GDS design methodologies, custom verification flows, and silicon learning. You will contribute to engineering projects while gaining exposure to industry-standard EDA tools and AI-enabled workflows.
What you'll do#
- Support the design, development, and verification of digital IP circuits for next-generation DRAM products using RTL-to-GDS methodologies.
- Perform circuit analysis across process, voltage, and temperature corners to evaluate performance, quality, and reliability.
- Develop automation scripts and use Agentic AI or AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams on design implementation, verification, and silicon validation.
- Present technical findings and project results to engineering leadership and customers.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Completed coursework in CMOS Digital Circuits, SystemVerilog/UVM, and Static Timing Analysis.
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Perl, TCL, or MATLAB.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills through academic, research, or project experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
