About the role#
This summer internship offers practical experience in workforce operations, scheduling, and labor data management. You will work with field teams to improve employee engagement, strengthen our employer brand, and refine recruitment efforts. This role is designed for students interested in Human Resources, People Operations, and Workforce Management.
What you'll do#
- Identify and resolve barriers related to scheduling, bench management, and employee conversion.
- Research local markets to find new talent sourcing opportunities.
- Visit sites to promote employee referral programs and follow up on referrals to boost engagement.
- Work with field teams to identify training and development needs.
- Document operational challenges and suggest solutions to management.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and field staff to improve overall effectiveness.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Genuine interest in People Operations and Workforce Management.
- Ability to build professional communication and problem-solving skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Morristown, New Jersey.
- The role takes place during Summer 2027.
