About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate engagement, and employer branding. You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to support the hiring process and develop foundational HR skills. This role is designed for students or individuals seeking practical experience in recruiting.
What you'll do#
- Review applications and screen candidates.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and managers.
- Manage candidate progress and updates within the ATS.
- Handle candidate emails and inquiries.
- Post job openings across digital recruiting platforms and social media.
- Source passive candidates through focused networking.
- Assist with interviews and hiring events.
- Support employer branding efforts through social media and outreach.
