About the role#
This is a summer 2027 internship based in Plano, Texas. You will support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and employer branding. This role provides hands-on experience for students or individuals seeking practical, real-world skills in human resources and recruitment.
What you'll do#
- Review applications and screen candidates.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and managers.
- Update the applicant tracking system and track candidate progress.
- Manage candidate emails and inquiries.
- Post job openings across digital recruiting and social media platforms.
- Source passive candidates through focused networking.
- Assist with interviews and hiring events.
- Support employer branding efforts through outreach and social media.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a student or a desire to gain practical experience in the field.
- Interest in majors such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
