About the role#
This internship is a summer learning experience for students interested in Human Resources, People Operations, and Workforce Management. You will support field teams by improving recruitment efforts, strengthening employer branding, and increasing employee engagement. You will work directly with field staff and local communities to identify operational improvements and provide workforce solutions.
What you'll do#
- Identify and address barriers related to scheduling, bench management, and employee conversion.
- Research local markets to find effective talent sourcing opportunities.
- Visit sites to promote employee referral programs and follow up on those referrals to improve hiring conversion.
- Engage with field teams to spot training and development needs.
- Document operational challenges like scheduling gaps or turnover and recommend solutions to management.
What you'll need#
- An interest in Human Resources, People Operations, or Workforce Management.
- Majors in Human Resources or Operations Management.
