About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Canton, Ohio. You will work within the Tube Making operations, collaborating with maintenance, operations, engineering, and reliability teams to support continuous improvement and project execution.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Maintenance Planners, Schedulers, Operations, and Reliability Engineers on improvement initiatives.
- Identify, track, and implement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and productivity.
- Review and submit drawing updates to maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Manage spare parts by tracking critical asset components and resolving inventory issues.
- Develop maintenance work packages and scopes of work for external vendor projects.
- Analyze maintenance and equipment data to support predictive and preventive maintenance efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Preferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, with a preference for Electrical Engineering.
