About the role#
Metallus Inc. is hiring a Labor Relations Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Canton, Ohio. You will gain experience in a professional team environment while working on HR and labor relations tasks.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Conduct labor research and benchmarking studies.
- Help prepare hourly compensation statements for distribution in the fall of 2027.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
