About the role#
Metallus Inc. is seeking a Labor Relations Intern for a full-time position during the summer of 2027. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience within a manufacturing environment while working alongside team members and leadership.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the recruiting and onboarding process.
- Conduct labor research and benchmarking tasks.
- Support projects such as the preparation of hourly compensation statements for distribution in the fall of 2027.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Preferred majors include Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
