About the role#
Metallus Inc. is seeking a Process Control Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Canton, Ohio. You will gain professional experience by working directly with internal customers and contributing to active control system projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with internal customers to identify and implement necessary control system changes.
- Design and create new programs to support business objectives.
- Test and debug both new and existing code.
- Develop and maintain SQL databases.
- Document control system equipment and technical functionality.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
