About the role#
The Application & Design Integration Intern gains hands-on experience by supporting technology, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work alongside professionals across the organization to complete a meaningful project that delivers value to the business. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support departmental operations, projects, and business initiatives.
- Assist with technology support, troubleshooting, hardware and software setup, and system maintenance.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions and process improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, reports, and presentations.
- Complete and present a capstone project that covers your findings, recommendations, and results.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or Supply Chain Management.
- Enrollment as a student during the internship period.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

- Locations: Mentor, Ohio and Northwood, Ohio.
- Modality: On-site with potential for hybrid work based on business needs.
- Terms: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, and Fall 2027.
