About the role#
The Engineering & IT Co-Op role offers hands-on experience supporting technology, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work alongside professionals across the organization to support business goals and gain professional development. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support departmental operations, projects, and business initiatives.
- Assist with technology support, troubleshooting, hardware and software setup, and system maintenance.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions and process improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives.
- Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and recommend process enhancements.
- Complete and present a capstone project highlighting findings, recommendations, and results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Previous internship, co-op, work, leadership, volunteer, or project experience.
- Experience or coursework with relevant software, tools, or systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Modality: On-site with potential for hybrid work based on business needs.
