About the role#
This is an 11-week internship program based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You will gain hands-on experience within our Supply Chain and Manufacturing organizations. The program is designed to provide exposure to real projects that impact our business and offers opportunities to interact with senior leadership. This role is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate growth opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
- Identify ways to expand and improve our manufacturing capabilities.
- Analyze market trends and evaluate business opportunities.
- Develop financial and operational recommendations.
- Collaborate with partners across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, and Food Safety.
- Deliver final presentations to senior executives regarding your project work.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Food Science, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for results.
- Ability to maintain a customer focus and build positive working relationships.
- Clear communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
