About the role#
McCormick & Company is hiring a full-time Marketing Intern for a 10-week summer program in Hunt Valley, Maryland. You will work with the eCommerce and Shopper Marketing teams to support digital sales strategy and advertising initiatives. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and turning findings into business recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with our creative agency to develop display banner ads for retail media.
- Audit retailer websites to check item and keyword relevancy while tracking competitive strategy.
- Build eCommerce scorecards for key retailers to analyze sales, search, and display performance.
- Provide recommendations based on shopper insights to support our capability roadmap.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, analytics, or a related field.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and potentially travel overnight on a few occasions.

- Location: Hunt Valley, Maryland.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
