About the role#
This summer internship offers you the chance to work within a team that blends cybersecurity, technology, and business strategy. You will support our Subsidiary Security team, which focuses on helping newly acquired companies securely integrate into our business. You will gain hands-on experience by working on projects that have a direct impact on our operations.
What you'll do#
- Assess security risks and emerging technologies.
- Help shape integration roadmaps for new business acquisitions.
- Solve real-world security challenges.
- Abide by all company security policies and practices.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information you access.
- Report any suspected security violations or breaches.
- Complete all periodic mandatory security training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors degree program in Cybersecurity.
- An anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity through coursework, research, personal projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Progress toward or interest in earning industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications.
- Experience with projects related to risk management, security operations, network security, or related technical topics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership experience through academic, volunteer, or team-based initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and emerging technologies.
