About the role#
As an Associate Consultant Intern, you will join small teams to help major brands solve strategic challenges. You will contribute to projects by taking ownership of specific deliverables and building relationships with clients. This role focuses on technology and data across industries such as financial services, retail, and hospitality. You will gain exposure to business development, account management, and product management while working alongside an experienced management team.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic consulting projects across various industries.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Create clear, compelling presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Structure complex challenges and explore potential solutions.
- Build an understanding of the full lifecycle of consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or accelerated master’s degree program with a graduation date in June 2028.
- Major in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an aptitude for structured problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas.
- A proven record of leadership and academic achievement.
- Eagerness to learn quickly and work effectively within small teams.
- A clear interest in the business world and how companies make decisions.
- Experience with data analysis or querying tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel, or Tableau is an asset.
- Commitment to honesty and integrity.
