About the role#
As an Organizational Change Management Consultant Intern, you will join consulting projects to help clients through business transformations. You will work alongside experienced leaders to support digital initiatives, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and non-ERP projects. You will gain exposure to how business and technology intersect while contributing to HR strategy and change management deliverables.
What you'll do#
- Support the design and delivery of workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Develop communications for specific audiences using both written and video assets.
- Help design change management and training activities, such as impact assessments and metrics.
- Use AI tools and assistants to conduct research and build work products.
- Apply IBM Design Thinking to solve client challenges.
- Work within Agile and collaborative team environments.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time post-secondary program (Bachelor's or Master's degree) with a mandatory return to studies after the work term.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Canada.
- Familiarity with organizational change management fundamentals.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to turn data into recommendations.
- Experience with AI and collaboration technology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex situations clearly.
- Leadership experience and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Location & details#
- Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: 4 months starting in January 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
