About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within Mastercard’s marketing and communications teams. You will work on projects that support business priorities, build your professional network, and gain exposure to global brand strategy. This is a full-time, paid summer program designed to help you develop skills in a corporate environment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify joint marketing opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for digital audiences.
- Conduct research and build strategic frameworks to inform marketing decisions.
- Use AI tools to analyze trends and uncover actionable insights.
- Monitor performance metrics to optimize future marketing activities.
- Contribute to storytelling initiatives that support the company’s business goals and reputation.
- Support daily operations by writing clear, compelling content for various channels.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or accelerated Master’s degree program.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and editing.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to turn data into recommendations.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An innovative mindset and intellectual curiosity.
- Passion for brand building and the Mastercard mission.

- Compensation: $34 per hour.
