About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship program for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at one of our manufacturing locations for 10 to 11 weeks. You will be paired with a Functional Lead who provides daily mentorship and guidance throughout your time with us.
What you'll do#
- Gain direct exposure to site manufacturing and quality and food safety teams.
- Contribute to projects focused on food safety, food defense, and quality systems.
- Participate in sensory and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage in professional and social activities to network with peers and senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or Food Business Management.
- You are an undergraduate student planning to intern the summer before your final graduation date.
- You have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without needing sponsorship.
- You can arrange your own transportation to and from the work site.
- Employment is contingent upon passing a drug and background screening.
