About the role#
MAHLE is hiring a Logistics Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We are not offering visa sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
- Support daily customer and logistics operations.
- Process customer orders and ensure accuracy in entry, scheduling, and fulfillment.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status and shipments.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments while addressing potential delays.
- Maintain records and report on performance metrics.
- Solve problems related to order discrepancies, billing issues, and logistics challenges.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
- A problem-solving mindset.
- Experience or interest in logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a preference for Excel.
- English language proficiency.
