About the role#
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will support our local team in Austin throughout the entire home buying process. You will help with lead generation, sales selection, and community management while gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist New Home Consultants during the sales and selection process.
- Represent the company professionally while helping open models and maintain a polished presentation.
- Support realtor presentations and register customers in the Pivotal system.
- Create and distribute marketing flyers for customers, realtors, and special events.
- Manage inventory home marketing by updating websites, tracking completion dates, and editing photos.
- Handle routine administrative tasks like ordering sales materials and updating pricing.
- Monitor the accuracy of brochures, collateral, and online content.
- Conduct market research and analysis on local competition.
- Help plan and host marketing events and assist with tactical marketing projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program or recent graduation in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Strong desire to learn and professional drive.
- Understanding of various marketing techniques and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to take direction and absorb new information quickly.

- This role is based on-site in Austin, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time temporary position with a rolling start date.
