About the role#
The Finance and Accounting Intern Development Program provides students with hands-on experience across multiple financial disciplines. Interns rotate through two key functions, such as Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Internal Audit, or Tax. You will complete project-based assignments and present your findings and recommendations to business leaders throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Perform month-end closing tasks, journal entries, and cost allocations.
- Prepare monthly forecasts and manage the annual budgeting process.
- Identify and assess key risks and controls within internal audit.
- Prepare global reconciliations and cash tax projections.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to drive effective decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

- Location: Houston, Texas.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- The program operates on a rolling basis.
