About the role#
This 9-week summer internship gives you a look at what a career in Technology and Engineering at LSEG involves. You will work on real tasks and contribute to the success of the organization. During the program, you will explore various career paths within our D&A, Markets, Risk Intelligence, FTSE Russell, and I&C Engineering functions. We match your skills and interests to the right team during the recruitment process.
What you'll do#
- Engage in work ranging from development and programming to business analysis and tech project management.
- Participate in team objectives and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
What you'll need#
- You are currently in your junior year of undergraduate studies and will complete all course requirements in summer 2028.
- You are pursuing a degree in a STEM subject.
- You have a demonstrated interest in technology through work experience, extracurricular activities, or academic projects.
- You have an interest in financial markets and how technology supports the business.
- You possess a curiosity for data and the ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
- You are able to think creatively and connect ideas.
- You demonstrate focus, resilience, and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
- You have strong communication skills and work well with others.
Location & details#
- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June to August).
- Modality: Hybrid (3 days in the office).
- Employment: Full-time paid internship.
