About the role#
This summer internship offers a 9-week experience designed to mirror our Engineering Associate Programme. You will work within our D&A, Markets, Risk Intelligence, FTSE Russell, and I&C engineering functions. These are real roles where you contribute to the success of the organization just like a graduate hire. We will place you in a team based on your skills and interests during the recruitment process.
What you'll do#
- Participate in development, programming, business analysis, or tech project management.
- Explore potential career paths within our various engineering functions.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver results.
- Apply creative thinking to analyze information and propose solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently in your junior year of undergraduate studies, pursuing a degree in a STEM subject such as Computer Science or Mathematics.
- Demonstrated interest in technology through work experience, extracurricular activities, or academic projects.
- Interest in financial markets and how technology supports the business.
- Ability to demonstrate focus, resilience, and flexibility.
- Strong communication skills.
