About the role#
This is a part-time student position at Fortinos in Burlington. You will act as a Personal Shopper, fulfilling e-commerce orders with accuracy and attention to detail to provide a high-quality shopping experience for customers.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service by answering general questions and maintaining a positive store environment.
- Accurately fill customer orders by selecting quality products.
- Process transactions using cash, debit, credit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain in constant motion for the duration of a shift.
- No previous experience is required as training is provided.
- A detail-oriented and resourceful approach to customer service.
