About the role#
As a Personal Shopper, you are responsible for fulfilling customer e-commerce orders with efficiency and attention to detail. This role is focused on providing a personalized shopping experience for customers at the Fortinos location in Burlington.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service by assisting with general questions and maintaining a positive environment.
- Shop for customers by accurately filling orders with quality products.
- Scan products and process customer transactions using cash, debit, credit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order accuracy or to discuss potential product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain in constant motion throughout your shift.
- No previous experience is required; full training is provided.
- A detail-oriented, resourceful, and team-focused approach.
