Student, Franchise Part Time Day

About the role#

This is a part-time, on-site student position at Conroy's No Frills in Whitby, Ontario. This role supports the daily operations of the store and requires a collaborative approach to achieving store goals. This is a unionized position.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Provide customer service while maintaining high store standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and professional work environment.
• Promote a culture of integrity and safety in all tasks.

What you'll need#

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
• A hardworking and enthusiastic approach to your work.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to the community.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is considered an asset.
• Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

• Location: 3555 Thickson Rd N, Whitby, ON.
• Employment Type: Part-time, rolling term.
• Compensation: $16.60 - $19.45 per hour, based on the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
