About the role#
This is a part-time, on-site student position at Conroy's No Frills in Whitby, Ontario. This role supports the daily operations of the store and requires a collaborative approach to achieving store goals. This is a unionized position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Provide customer service while maintaining high store standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and professional work environment.
- Promote a culture of integrity and safety in all tasks.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
- A hardworking and enthusiastic approach to your work.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to the community.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is considered an asset.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

- Location: 3555 Thickson Rd N, Whitby, ON.
- Employment Type: Part-time, rolling term.
- Compensation: $16.60 - $19.45 per hour, based on the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
