About the role#
As a Co-op Student in Learning Operations, you will support the coordination and delivery of learning experiences across the organization. You will help maintain learning content and records, assist with program logistics, and prepare reports. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how Learning & Development operates within a large organization. You will receive guidance and coaching while building practical experience in stakeholder support and system administration.
What you'll do#
- Support routine LMS administration and maintenance activities.
- Prepare recurring reports on learning participation, enrolment, and completion using established templates.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person learning sessions, including scheduling, invitations, participant lists, materials, room setup, and catering.
- Assist with vendor setup documentation, invoice tracking, and statement of work administration.
- Collaborate with Learning, HR, Finance, and facilitators to support learning initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary co-op program in Human Resources, Business, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling colleague information.
