About the role#
We are hiring an Associate Planner Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Melbourne, Florida. You will work within our planning team to support project delivery and supply chain operations.
What you'll do#
- Manage communication between planning, project accounting, and project management teams to keep project charts and estimates accurate.
- Draft documentation to track material deliveries and supply chain activity.
- Consolidate demand and generate purchase requisitions based on the Master Production Schedule.
- Update manufacturing build plans daily.
- Identify critical parts or issues that could delay production goals.
- Coordinate engineering changes with the purchasing and production departments.
- Prepare reports for management, program offices, and customer visits.
- Oversee the disposition of obsolete materials.
- Represent company values and culture in your daily work.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year Business Administration program, or active enrollment in an MBA program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to switch between tasks and projects as priorities shift.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures.
- Ability to listen and work effectively within a team.
