About the role#
This summer internship offers a hands-on introduction to regulatory affairs, risk management, and compliance within the asset management industry. You will work directly with compliance officers to protect the firm and its clients. The program includes role-specific training, mentorship, and opportunities to engage with employee resource groups.
What you'll do#
- Advise colleagues in investment, distribution, and operations on regulatory obligations.
- Monitor portfolio and trading activity to ensure alignment with client guidelines.
- Administer the firm code of ethics.
- Support regulatory filings and examinations.
- Collaborate across internal departments to help maintain the firm regulatory compliance program.
What you'll need#
- Rising undergraduate senior status with a graduation date in 2028.
- Consistent academic achievement in a quantitative, analytical, or pre-law track.
- Prior internship or part-time work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and maturity when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to synthesize data.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and a willingness to learn internal systems.
- Critical judgment regarding AI outputs, including the habit of fact-checking content.
- Intellectual curiosity and a clear interest in the asset management industry.

- Compensation: $85,000 USD.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
