About the role#
The Global Marketing Solutions & Operations team is hiring an intern to support marketing operations across creative, content, and technology workstreams. You will work within our New York office to help manage project plans and coordinate workflows. This is a paid, full-time summer internship designed for students interested in marketing operations, agile methodology, and project management.
What you'll do#
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across creative, content, and technology workstreams.
- Assist with the Adobe Workfront optimization initiative, including intake processes and system documentation.
- Help coordinate specific workstreams and support the team's agile transformation by learning basics like backlogs and sprint tracking.
- Schedule and prepare materials for scrum events, stand-ups, and team meetings.
- Prepare status reports and updates for stakeholders across our global marketing organization.
- Organize reference documentation and training materials to support project processes.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising undergraduate senior graduating in 2028.
- Ability to work on-site in New York from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Academic achievement, initiative, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at a basic to intermediate level.
- Interest in or familiarity with generative AI tools.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

- This internship is based on-site in New York, New York.
- The role is full-time for the duration of the 10-week summer term.
