About the role#
Larry H. Miller Real Estate is hiring a Corporate Finance Intern for the summer of 2027. This role supports the finance team with development and homebuilder finance tasks across our residential and commercial platforms. You will work under the supervision of the Investment and Development Associate and other finance professionals to gain experience with our ongoing projects.
What you'll do#
- Perform financial modeling and analysis.
- Conduct market research to support team objectives.
- Assist with financial reporting.
- Participate in due diligence processes.
- Handle other duties as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university or college program for Accounting, Finance, or an MBA.
- Ability to commute to our Sandy, Utah office to work in-person.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach in an office setting.
- Capacity to lift and move up to 25 pounds independently.

- Location: Sandy, Utah.
- Term: May 10, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- Schedule: Part-time, 25 to 29 hours per week.
- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
- This position is on-site and does not include employee benefits.
