About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Rochester, New York. You will work on-site to support both new product development and existing factory operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with engineering tasks for new product development.
- Provide technical support for products currently in production.
- Collaborate with mechanical designers to create CAD models and prepare part documentation.
- Manage and process engineering change orders as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor, master, or PhD program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field at an accredited university.
- Practical experience or coursework involving mechanical design and analysis of electronic systems, structures, or mechanisms.
- Familiarity with CAD software or FEA analysis tools.

- Location: Rochester, NY.
- Schedule: This role follows a 9/80 schedule, where you work 80 hours over 9 days with every other Friday off.
- Employment type: Full-time, on-site internship.
