About the role#
This is a summer internship for a Mechanical Engineer at our Palm Bay facility. You will work on-site to support new product development and provide factory support for existing products. This is a full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Provide mechanical engineering support for new product development and existing factory operations.
- Work directly with mechanical designers to create CAD models and prepare part documentation.
- Generate and process engineering change orders as needed.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field at an accredited university.
- Exposure to CAD or FEA analysis tools.
- Experience in mechanical design or analysis of electronic systems, structures, and mechanisms.
- Experience with gear trains, motion control, or AI.
